Bose QuietComfort 35 – The Good
These are my go-to for travel or when I’m working while my wife is watching TV, or when I commute or most anything but exercise. And while the cost is a bit much, I think it’s worth every penny.
Bose QuietComfort 35 – The Bad
The over the ear model just doesn’t work for me when I exercise. Do I need to explain how it just gets gross with sweat? Heats up your head? I love these headphones but I’ll never use them for exercise. That said, I can’t wear these when wearing a winter hat as that just negates the use of noise cancelling.

Buy an oversized beanie for the winter – I was wondering what options I had for hat days and this fits over your head and the headphones. Only problem with it is you look like a mushroom!
